<p>Manage the Environmental Service department and Linen management for defined ancillary areas, including Jeanes</p> <p>Hospital and Fox Chase Cancer Center and its affiliated locations. Manages and provides operations consultation for</p> <p>System affiliates as requested. Directs housekeeping services in identified areas. Coordinates with facilities</p> <p>management regarding environmental services set-up and removal of furnishings for events. Oversees the</p> <p>department's quality assurance program. Assures the proper disposal of infectious waste. Interacts with and</p> <p>provides recommendations to Senior Management regarding outside vendors and contracts. Guarantees compliance</p> <p>with all hospital policies and procedures, all TJC standards, and all applicable federal, state and local regulations and</p> <p>guidelines.</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree (Required) or </li><li>Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree (Required) </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>5 years experience in Environmental Services Management (Required) </li><li>5 years experience in a Healthcare setting (Preferred) </li></ul> <p>Licenses and Certifications</p> <ul> <li>Cert Executive Housekeeper (Preferred) </li></ul> <p>'401559</p>
