This role leads other colleagues by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing.</p> <p>The Operations Supervisor will have a focus on the Front of House Guest Experience, with primary responsibilities overseeing the Front Office (including Front Office, PBX, Guest Services, and Valet) as well as F&B outlets. This position requires a solid understanding of the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience-whether arrival, drinking and dining, or departure. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.
