<p>Our customer is a real estate investment firm that specializes in commercial properties. They are seeking an Assistant Property Manager/Commercial to join their team.</p> <p>Salary/Hourly Rate:</p> <p>$65k - $70k</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The Assistant Property Manager/Commercial will lead a team in providing exceptional customer service, ensure property is meets / exceeds quality standards and manages financial functions of the property.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Assistant Property Manager/Commercial:</p> <ul> <li>Lead a team in providing top quality customer service. </li><li>Build relationships with customers. </li><li>Review Lease proposals and facilitate tours. </li><li>Inspect common areas, facilities, and repairs. </li><li>Manage and oversee third-party service providers. </li><li>Perform accounting functions. </li><li>Oversee and track capital projects. </li><li>Review leases and amendments. </li><li>Manage vendor relationships. </li><li>Process invoices and reconciliation of financial statements and ledgers. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience/Skills for the Assistant Property Manager/Commercial:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in managing commercial properties. </li><li>Excellent customer service skills. </li><li>Professional demeanor and effective communicator. </li><li>Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite. </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>College degree preferred. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical. </li><li>Dental. </li><li>Vision. </li><li>401(k) with company match. </li><li>Paid time off (PTO). </li></ul>
