<p>Close All</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Precollege Outreach and Engagement (PCOE) office encourages applications for professional live-in Night Residential Advisor (NRA) Supervisors!</p> <p>These positions will provide support across all of PCOE's Summer Residential Programs, Pre-Collegiate Development Program (PCDP), Upward Bound (UB), Bridge Scholars Program, Mountain Outreach Program, and the Sport Program.</p> <p>We expect our NRA Supervisors to carry out the mission and values of the PCOE office. All staff are expected to be committed to enhancing the overall experience of students participating in the summer program. We are committed to creating a workplace where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity, and we encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.</p> <p>Who We Are</p> <p>The Office of Precollege Outreach and Engagement, partners with communities across Colorado and beyond to provide first-generation students and their families with comprehensive college preparation and social development programming.</p> <p>What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be</p> <p>A Night Residential Advisor (NRA) Supervisor is a live-in temporary employee who works within the Summer Academic Residential programs to ensure students are following protocol and procedures during the night.</p> <p>NRA Supervisors are expected to:</p> <ul> <li>Respond to emergency and critical incidents involving residents related to health, safety, and security issues. </li><li>Provide overnight on-duty coverage in the residence hall including floor rounds (6-8 rounds during the night). </li><li>Be available and visible in the residence hall to residents, encouraging communication and community among residents and fellow staff members, and communicate regularly with supervisor and program administrators. </li></ul> <p>What You Should Know</p> <p>Those applying must be available to work June 1, 2026-July 18, 2026. Staff Training week will be May 31 and June 1-5. You must be available to work training week and throughout the duration of all PCOE Summer Programs. All summer staff positions are expected to work 40 hours a week and attend daily staff meetings.</p> <ul> <li>Night Residential Advisor Supervisor shifts are between 10:00pm-8:00am. </li></ul> <p>Selected candidates must pass a university background check if hired.</p> <p>What We Can Offer</p> <p>The rate for this temporary, full-time position is $18.90 - $23.00 per hour.</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Temporary positions at the University of Colorado are not benefits-eligible, however, all positions are eligible for paid sick leave.</p> <p>Be Statements</p> <p>Be ambitious.
