Maintains the internal phone system and code system and connects to one- on- one Perfect Serve. Performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance to the established FMC policies, procedures and guidelines.</p> <ul> <li>Answer and route all incoming and outgoing calls appropriately. </li><li>Watch alarms. </li><li>Call codes via overhead paging system. </li><li>Update Code Sheets and Daily On-Call Reports. </li><li>Oversight of the Honeywell, Roland Responder and Brown phone (back-up for Police and Airflight). </li><li>Code Message Manager - enter codes into the American Messaging to alert on call personnel </li><li>Interface with hospice from 4pm-8am and all weekends to connect them with hospice patients </li><li>Contact Endo nurse for patients and doctors </li><li>Participate in disaster drills. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Job Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma required. </li><li>Previous clerical and phone experience preferred. </li></ul> <p>Exerting up to 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible up to 10 pounds amount of force often.</p>
