This is an exciting opportunity to support teachers and make a positive impact on children's early education.</p> <ul> <li>We are looking for a specific part time schedule of: </li><li>Monday - Friday 12pm - 6pm* </li><li>Monday - Friday 1pm-6pm* </li><li>Monday - Friday 7am - 2pm* </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities. </li><li>Supervise and engage with children during playtime and group activities. </li><li>Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. </li><li>Support children's social and emotional development through positive interactions. </li><li>Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress. </li><li>Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required. </li><li>Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom. </li><li>Assist with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and preparing materials. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in early childhood education preferred. </li><li>Experience working with young children in a classroom setting is a plus. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. </li><li>Passion for early childhood education and child development. </li><li>Must be patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us:</p> <p>The Learning Experience has been a leader in early childhood education for over 15 years, dedicated to providing a safe and enriching environment for children.
