<p>Summary</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Director of Physician Practice Operations is responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives that support efficient, compliant, and high-performing physician practice operations. This role ensures alignment with the organization's clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical standards while driving operational excellence and quality outcomes.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develops and executes goals, operational plans, and performance standards consistent with organizational clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides leadership and oversight for all staffing functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, disciplinary actions, and professional development initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares and manages operational and departmental budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance with approved funding.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates and oversees internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance and operational integrity.</p> </li><li> <p>Directs, monitors, and evaluates practice operations to achieve performance targets, enhance quality control measures, and improve patient and provider satisfaction.</p> </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of cumulative, job-specific experience required, including at least two (2) years in a leadership or management role; OR</p> </li><li> <p>Associate's or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three (3) years of cumulative, job-specific experience required, including at least two (2) years in a leadership or management role.</p> </li></ul> <p>This position requires demonstrated leadership capability, strong operational and financial acumen, and a commitment to fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</p>
