You enjoy being part of a team and you thrive in an environment where culture matters!</p> <p>OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE</p> <ul> <li>Ensure our clients are thrilled with their Circadia experience </li><li>Provide timely and efficient results while taking great care of Client product </li><li>Take ownership of how your role impacts the safety, quality and profitability of the Division and the Company </li></ul> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Learn and adhere to all furniture manufacturer installation guidelines </li><li>Work closely with Lead Installer and Installation Team to provide installation, reconfiguration and decommissioning services </li><li>Load, unload, receive and/or verify furniture and other product </li><li>Stay current on new products and installation methods </li><li>Maintain tool box with required tools </li><li>Level, adjust, repair or wipe down furniture as needed </li><li>Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times </li><li>Ensure jobsite is clean and all surfaces are dust-free upon project completion </li><li>Immediately report any unsafe conditions or equipment </li><li>Immediately report any damages, errors or omissions </li><li>Assist with people, content and/or furniture moves as needed </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Professional communicator </li><li>Ability to pivot quickly with shifting demands </li><li>Effective problem solver </li><li>Mechanical aptitude </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years' experience installing systems furniture (preferred) </li><li>Class E license (preferred) </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION</p> <ul> <li>Full benefits package including Medical, Dental and Vision for you and your family </li><li>401k with generous employer match </li><li>15 days PTO (second calendar year) and 11 paid holidays (after 15 days of employment) </li><li>Salary is based on experience </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $21-24 per hour for Installers & $25 per hour for Lead Installers (dependent upon experience).</p> <p>Circadia is a drug-free workplace.
