This role will focus on provisioning, deprovisioning, user access reviews, and ensuring readiness for internal and external audits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk and control frameworks, operational excellence, and a firm understanding of IAM best practices.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities and Duties</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage and oversee daily IAM operations, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review processes across applications and infrastructure.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement and maintain a strong control environment, ensuring all identity-related controls are executed in a timely and accurate manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the point of contact for all audit and compliance activities related to IAM, including internal, external, and regulatory reviews.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all controls (e.g., SoD, least privilege, periodic access certifications) are tested and documented effectively.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with the risk and compliance teams to remediate identified gaps and improve the control structure.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and report on operational KPIs, SLAs, and issue remediation related to IAM processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive continuous improvement of IAM operational processes by identifying automation opportunities and process enhancements.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to align IAM operations with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain up-to-date documentation for all IAM procedures, workflows, and control evidence.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead and mentor a small team of IAM analysts or specialists (if applicable).</p> </li></ul> <p>Experience needed for the role</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>7+ years of experience in IT or cybersecurity, with at least 3+ years focused on IAM operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks (e.g., SOX, SOC2, ISO 27001).</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Azure AD, etc.).</p> </li><li> <p>Proven track record in supporting audit and compliance reviews with clear evidence and narratives.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD), Least Privilege, Access Certifications, and RBAC models.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or IAM-specific credentials preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working in regulated industries such as banking, healthcare, or financial services, preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with agile and ITIL processes in operations.</p> </li></ul> <p>The estimated salary range for this position is $115,000USD to $130,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
