With a strong emphasis on cross-functional teamwork and leadership development, this position is ideal for professionals looking to make a meaningful contribution while advancing their careers.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Deliver accurate, insightful, and data-driven technical peer reviews during the design process. </li><li>Lead and deploy teams to successfully complete multiple projects on time and with high precision. </li><li>Develop and review electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar tools. </li><li>Select industrial hardware, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, safety components, sensors, relays, and circuit protection devices. </li><li>Maintain positive, professional relationships across all organizational levels. </li><li>Ensure compliance with NEC, Electrical Standards for Industrial Machinery, and UL regulatory requirements. </li><li>Communicate technical and non-technical information effectively to large, cross-functional teams. </li><li>Support manufacturing operations, including BOM creation, engineering change notice (ECN) processes, and product release documentation. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in multiple PLC platforms, primarily Allen-Bradley. </li><li>Experience in PLC programming and integration. </li><li>Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and/or EPLAN. </li><li>Strong expertise in controls engineering and engineering management. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role. </li><li>10+ years of experience in controls or electrical engineering. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Controls or Electrical Engineering, or related technical field. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Rockwell Studio 5000. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This position is onsite with approximately 15% travel required. A relocation package is offered for qualified candidates.
