<p>Per Diem, Speech Therapist, Home Care, Emerson Health, Concord, MA</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <ul> <li>Reporting to the Rehabilitation Team Lead, the Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for comprehensive patient management including evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention, and patient/family education for development and implementation of individualized care planning in the home setting. Opportunities include working directly in a multidisciplinary fashion, including specialty care groups such as Parkinson's Disease, Covid Recovery and Post-Acute Stroke care. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical skills in Speech-Language Pathology, with opportunity for clinical growth through education, in-services, and care management groups. This Home Care environment offers family-friendly, flexible hours. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education</p> </li><li> <p>Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience</p> </li><li> <p>At least one year prior Acute or Rehab experience is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Licensure and/or Certification</p> </li><li> <p>MA SLP license.
