<p>Major Drilling America is seeking an experienced and confident Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions supporting our U.S. operations. This position is a key member of the leadership team and serves as a trusted partner to both management and front-line employees.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and an effective communicator with the ability to balance strategic HR leadership and day-to-day employee support. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and workforce development in a multi-state environment.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing and executing all core human resources functions, including but not limited to:</p> <p>Leadership & Strategy</p> <ul> <li>Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs </li><li>Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and compliance issues </li><li>Serve as a key advisor to leadership on workforce planning and organizational development </li></ul> <p>Core HR Functions</p> <ul> <li>Performance management processes and employee development </li><li>Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding </li><li>Administration of employee benefits and leave programs </li><li>Employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution </li><li>Coordination of training and professional development programs </li></ul> <p>Compliance & Workforce Management</p> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws </li><li>Support a multi-state workforce across diverse operations </li><li>Maintain accurate HR records and reporting </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience</p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting multi-state workforces </li><li>Mining, construction, industrial, or similarly regulated industry experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in:</p> </li><li> <p>Human Resources Management</p> </li><li> <p>Business Administration</p> </li><li> <p>Or a closely related field</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of five (5) years of progressive professional HR experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Certifications</p> <ul> <li>Relevant HR professional certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) required or ability to obtain within one year of hire </li></ul> <p>An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer Statement</p> <p>Major Drilling America, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
