<p>Reports To: Assistant Design Manager</p> <p>Job Purpose: To support the success of MBA Design Sales Consultants through various administrative, drafting, and design tasks.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist Design Sales Consultants with all aspects of the design process </li><li>Sketch, measure, and photo existing field conditions </li><li>Create accurate Existing Condition Drawings, Design Concept Drawings, Permit Drawings, Work Scopes and other construction documents using Chief Architect and Right Touch (CRM) </li><li>Meet with clients to make selections as needed for the project while staying within budget </li><li>Providing superior customer service to interior and exterior clients </li><li>Continually develop new skills, knowledge and utilize technology to fulfill responsibilities </li><li>Maintain knowledge of products and keep up to date on current construction technology, building products and trends in the industry. </li><li>Participate in tradeshows, seminars, & other events as requested </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>2 years residential drafting experience </li><li>2 years working one on one with clients to determine material selections, budgets, and executing sales contracts </li><li>College degree in Interior Design or Architectural Drafting preferred </li><li>Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CAD Programs (Chief Architect program is a plus) </li><li>Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail. </li><li>Strong time management skills and the ability to manage several projects at a time </li><li>Capability to perform duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner </li><li>Have & maintain clean, reliable transportation to use for client appointments around the St. Louis & Southern Illinois area </li><li>Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed </li><li>Ability to talk and hear; see and work on a computer and sit for extended periods of time, walk, kneel, bend, work with your hands, and move up to 30 lbs. independently </li></ul> <p>Possess the following Mosby Core Values:</p> <ul> <li>Embrace Creativity </li><li>Accept Accountability </li><li>Nurture Teamwork </li><li>Act with Integrity </li><li>Honor Family </li></ul>
