<p>Temporary, Part-Time (Hourly)</p> <p>Summer 2025</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Pentucket Regional School District Technology Department is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to assist with a district-wide technology inventory project during the summer months. This temporary position involves hands-on data collection, entry, and organization of district-owned technology equipment across multiple school buildings.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct physical inventory of technology assets including laptops, desktops, projectors, and peripherals </li><li>Accurately record asset information (such as serial numbers, models, locations) in designated systems or spreadsheets </li><li>Tag or label devices as needed for tracking purposes </li><li>Follow established protocols for data entry and documentation </li><li>Coordinate with technology staff for access to rooms and equipment </li><li>Safely move and lift equipment (up to 50 lbs) as needed </li><li>Walk throughout school buildings and stand for extended periods </li><li>Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and responsibility in all tasks </li><li>Other tasks as assigned </li></ul> <p>Required Skills and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy </li><li>Experience with data collection and entry (Google Sheets, Excel, or similar) </li><li>Ability to work with a partner and independently and follow clear instructions </li><li>Good physical stamina, including the ability to lift equipment and spend much of the day on your feet </li><li>Dependable, punctual, and conscientious with documentation and communication </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Flexible part-time hours, typically between 14-21 hours per week</p> <p>Work will be scheduled Monday-Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (hours to be determined)</p>
