<p>We are now hiring for the Freddy's location inside the Grand Rapids International Airport where we will create fresh, made-to-order, craveable food, served to our guests with genuine hospitality in a fun, inclusive environment.</p> <p>Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers was co-founded in 2002 by brothers Bill and Randy Simon with their friend and business partner, Scott Redler. It was named in honor of Bill and Randy's father. Together, they built a brand focused on quality, hospitality, cleanliness and timeless traditions.</p> <p>Hiring: Shift Supervisors</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Teaches and practices Freddy's standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness </li><li>Leads by example </li><li>Assists in developing a professional work environment by following all company policies </li><li>Follow all procedures and checklists to achieve consistency between shifts </li><li>Organized and develops good time management skills </li><li>Always willing to learn and be receptive to coaching and constructive criticism </li><li>Supervises Team Members on the floor often while working one of the stations </li><li>Monitors staff and focuses on coaching and refining Team Member skills </li><li>Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of facility and equipment </li><li>Assist the management team in various business duties </li></ul> <p>Skills & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years of age </li><li>Able to work varying shifts </li><li>1+ year of restaurant experience or hospitality industry </li><li>Desire to lead by example and work in a team environment </li><li>Natural leadership skills </li><li>Effective communication skills </li><li>Willingness to learn new skills </li><li>Successfully complete a background check and drug screen </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements: (including but not limited to)</p> <ul> <li>Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours/day </li><li>Ability to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry and stoop </li><li>Ability to freely access all areas of the restaurant </li><li>Ability to move or handle items weighing up to 50lbs </li></ul>
