Each applicant's record will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility. The company reserves sole discretion in determining whether violations or driving history present a disqualifying condition. </li></ul> <p>Compliance with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse requires a pre-employment query showing no active violations, such as positive drug or alcohol test results, refusal to test, or other unresolved violations.
