<ul> <li>Please note: resume is required for this position. </li></ul> <p>Pay Rate: $22.50 an hour with an additional $2.00 an hour for swing and grave shift</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Hire, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate staff and conduct performance reviews </li><li>Direct daily work activities and inspect completed work for conformance to standards </li><li>Ensure dining areas provide quality food and beverages, superior service and cleanliness </li><li>Answer guests' questions and address concerns </li><li>Generate daily and weekly financial reports </li><li>Provide accurate and thorough record keeping of personnel, sales and labor </li><li>Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all positions, policies and procedures and fill in for frontline staff as needed including point-of-sales system and handling cash and cash equivalents </li><li>Complete functions, reports and troubleshoot point-of-sales system </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p> <p>Required Knowledge and Certification:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience </li><li>1-year previous supervisory experience in high-volume, fast food style restaurants </li></ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Accurate and detail-oriented </li><li>Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities </li><li>Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), Windows XP and point-of-sales systems </li></ul> <p>Required Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work fast and efficiently </li><li>Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene </li><li>Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner </li><li>Ability to serve both internal and external customers </li><li>Ability to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voice </li><li>Ability to independently complete multiple tasks under pressure </li><li>Ability to control labor costs </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to walk and / or stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours </li><li>Must have a good sense of balance, and be able to bend and kneel </li><li>Must be able to reach and twist routinely </li><li>Must be able to push, pull and grasp objects routinely </li><li>Must have the ability to independently lift 25+ pounds occasionally </li><li>Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions </li><li>Must have good eye hand coordination </li></ul> <p>WORKING ENVIRONMENT</p> <ul> <li>Work is performed in a variety of restaurant locations throughout the property and may include flashing lights, frequent loud noises and cigarette smoke and outdoors for guest events </li><li>Must be able to work in cramped, tight quarters </li><li>Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including all shifts, weekends and holidays </li><li>Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile individuals </li><li>High volume direct public contact </li></ul>
