<p>Kforce has a client in North Haven, CT that is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer - Open Roads.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage design-build transportation and infrastructure projects across Florida and other states </li><li>Prepare and review design plans, specifications, and cost estimates for roadway, bridge, and site development projects </li><li>Utilize OpenRoads to perform and oversee design work </li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute winning project proposals </li><li>Serve as a technical expert and project manager, ensuring designs meet state and federal standards </li><li>Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders </li><li>Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting pursuit efforts* Professional Engineer (PE) License - required (Florida PE preferred) </li><li>Experience: Flexible years of experience; focus on the ability to manage projects and win work </li><li>Design-Build Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing or contributing to design-build projects, ideally in transportation or infrastructure </li><li>Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MicroStation, InRoads, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD </li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills; able to work effectively across technical teams and clients </li><li>Experience in multiple states is a plus </li></ul>
