Chip in and apply now!</p> <p>In your new role, you will be responsible for defining and developing next-generation digital and analog hot-swap controllers, and integrated e-Fuse solutions. Your part requires a strong system-level understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate customer and market needs into innovative product specifications.</p> <p>In your new role you will:</p> <ul> <li>Define technical specifications for future hot-swap controllers by gathering insights from customers, market trends, and application requirements across AI computing, data centers, servers, and telecom </li><li>Contribute innovative concepts and ideas for product architecture and performance enhancements </li><li>Perform product-to-system validation, including hardware design, system verification planning, and test reporting </li><li>Create technical product collateral such as application notes, white papers, evaluation boards, simulation models, and training material </li><li>Engage directly with customers to support successful design-ins and secure design-wins </li><li>Collaborate with customers to resolve technical challenges and lead failure analysis for returned components when needed </li></ul> <p>You're a self-driven engineer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and a passion for innovation.
