<p>About this role:</p> <p>Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Small Business Industry Relationship Manager (LO) within our Small & Business Banking team. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of Complex Government and Public Funds customers by understanding their unique needs and delivering customized solutions that drive business success within this industry. Serving as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' business models, challenges, and goals, you will identify opportunities to offer tailored financial products and services. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for partnering with various Government and international relationships.</p> <p>Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead complex initiatives in developing and maintaining profitable account relationships with broad impact</p> </li><li> <p>Retain existing clients, by providing highest level customer service.</p> </li><li> <p>Engage with various Product Partners, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Financial Crimes, and Wells Fargo Legal to assess and mitigate any risk concerns involving the highly complex customer relationships.</p> </li><li> <p>Make decisions in account relationships with complex Government and Public Funds accounts requiring a sound understanding of products, services, policies, procedures and compliance requirements that influence and lead Client Management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate and consult with peers, managers, and industry leaders to resolve conflict, interpret, or negotiate issues, and achieve quality relationships</p> </li><li> <p>This LO position has customer contact and job duties which may include needs assessing and referring those customers interested in a dwelling secured product to a SAFE team member. This position includes assisting customers without taking an application and without offering or negotiating terms of a dwelling secured transaction. Individuals in a LO position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of Small Business Industry Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working with Government and/or Public Funds </li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization skills </li><li>Strong portfolio management skills- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize effectively. </li><li>Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns or issues. </li><li>Prior military experience highly preferred </li></ul> <p>Job Expectations:</p> <ul> <li>This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship </li><li>This position will require onsite presence at one of the location listed below </li><li>Continued employment in the position is dependent on passing an additional background check which can take between 6 to 12 months after hire. </li><li>Individuals in Loan Originator (LO) positions must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies. The LO qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards. A current credit report will be used to assess your financial responsibility and credit fitness, however, a credit score is not included as part of the evaluation. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening, if necessary </li></ul> <p>Location:</p> <ul> <li>1700 Lincoln St. Denver, Colorado </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
