As scholar-practitioners, Core Faculty are encouraged to engage in consulting activities and scholarly pursuits to build academic and practical knowledge and experience as time permits given the full-time responsibilities of the Core Faculty role. This faculty position is largely remote/virtual with mandatory on-site components.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Candidates must possess a PhD, PsyD, or EdD in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Leadership Psychology, or a closely related discipline, have minimum of 3 years of teaching experience (2 years at William James College), and 5+ years of work experience in organizations in a leadership role or an organizational development, talent management, or human resources role.
