In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the delivery and restocking of products to retail stores and/or wholesale distribution locations, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to safety standards.</p> <p>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Safely load, unload, and deliver products to customer accounts. </li><li>Drive a commercial vehicle along an established route to deliver, stock, and stage products. </li><li>Set up merchandise displays and deliver promotional materials to customers. </li><li>Verify shipment accuracy and ensure products are in salable condition. </li><li>Address and resolve discrepancies and customer complaints professionally. </li><li>Collect empty containers, rejected, or unsold merchandise for return. </li><li>Complete daily inventory, order forms, delivery invoices, and proof of delivery documentation. </li><li>Conduct Motor Vehicle Inspections in compliance with DOT regulations and company policy; assist with routine truck maintenance. </li><li>Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor with customers and coworkers. </li><li>Accurately maintain vehicle and hours-of-service logs as required by DOT. </li><li>Demonstrate reliable attendance and consistent work hours. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent required. </li><li>Minimum age of 21 years required. </li><li>6 months of verifiable experience driving a Class A or Class B commercial vehicle preferred. </li><li>Manual transmission experience required; no automatic restrictions. </li><li>Experience in product delivery and customer service preferred. </li><li>Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; capable of performing basic math and accurately recording data. Bilingual skills are a plus. </li><li>Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <ul> <li>Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, climbing, pulling, and bending. </li><li>Ability to routinely lift over 60 lbs and push/pull up to 300 lbs using a hand-held hook. </li><li>Must be able to work in hot and cold climates, both indoors and outdoors, including on refrigerated trucks. </li></ul> <p>EOE Vet/Disability:</p> <p>Borden Dairy is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
