During every interaction, we display three behaviors:</p> <ul> <li>Smile, display energy and open body language. </li><li>Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service. </li><li>Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation. </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Ensures accuracy and accounting of all cage transactions such as cash receipts, payouts, bank deposits and cashier's banks in accordance with established service standards. </li><li>Complies with all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations including, but not limited to, Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements. </li><li>Determines applicant's credit worthiness by approving or denying credit requests up to approved limits. </li><li>Maintains casino credit records as they relate to changes to the limit or disruption of credit privileges. </li><li>Ensures compliance with regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. </li><li>Hires, trains and manages staff in accordance with organizational and approved departmental standards, policies and programs. </li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Four or more years' related experience preferred. </li><li>Ability to communicate with Team members and guests. </li><li>Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays. </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing. </li></ul> <p>Physical and Mental Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Frequently required to see, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. </li><li>Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. </li><li>Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. </li><li>Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in a work environment that is frequently fast-paced. </li></ul>
