<p>View All Jobs</p> <p>Account Executive, Business Leadership - Retail Experiences</p> <p>Bentonville, Arkansas, United States</p> <ul> <li>This is a full-time, remote opportunity open to applicants within a commutable distance of Bentonville, Arkansas.* </li></ul> <p>WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR</p> <p>We are looking for a superstar Associate (Account Executive) to play an integral role in the day- to-day operations of our Business Leadership team in support of a global retail client. This role will be based near our client's Headquarters and will be required to report to their office a few days a week. In this role you will focus on keeping projects running smoothly through precise data entry, smart administrative support, and proactive tracking of processes that support successful event execution and creative deliverables.</p> <p>The Associate role is perfect for someone who thrives on details, is a strong communicator, enjoys being a key player behind the scenes of successful work, and excels at creating and actively maintaining relationships.</p> <p>Experience in the CPG industry and/or the Retail industry is a plus.</p> <p>HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)</p> <ul> <li>Project management of scheduling tool to support event activity, and support in refining processes around scheduling </li><li>Supporting day-to-day communication with internal and external partners to efficiently schedule activity, and directly communicate with client on updates </li><li>Management of weekly client internal newsletter - ideation, build out and leading content collection from partners </li><li>POC and liaison for store signage needs, ensuring graphics arrive on time and assist if additional graphics are needed at an individual retail store level. </li><li>Actively forge and maintain relationships to deliver exceptional client service to our client and a variety of our client's partners (brands) </li><li>Supporting Manager in creative & strategic projects as needed </li><li>Establishes effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams </li><li>Travel to support experiences as primary client contact on the ground as needed </li><li>Supporting Momentum's values </li><li>All other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>2+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in an agency and/or experiential setting </li><li>Strong project management skills </li><li>Experience acting in a client-facing role </li><li>Strong writing and communication skills with ability to communicate points-of-view succinctly, thoroughly, and confidently both in writing and verbally </li><li>Proven success in managing internal partners through process either in an event or creative environment </li><li>Highly organized and calm under pressure, with ability to be flexible, multi-task and react in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Must be proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful, with the ability to work both independently and with multiple teams </li><li>Detail oriented - ability to manage and update clients on entire event calendar across all workstreams </li><li>Well versed in Excel functionality and ability to read, cross reference and combine data into multiple spreadsheets mandatory. </li><li>Knowledge and experience with tools like Smartsheet, Airtable or other process and workflow flow tools a plus </li><li>Polished, professional demeanor, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business </li><li>Travel as required by Client/Agency team </li></ul> <p>ABOUT US - MOMENTUM WORLDWIDE</p> <p>Momentum is an agency of doers.
