<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>Purpose</p> <p>Accountable for leading, guiding, and directing the Trinity Health enterprise area functional responsibilities. Enable enterprise level strategy to address internal or external business & regulatory issues; provide functional expertise and ensure fulfillment of performance and service standards. Responsible for managing and directing daily operations of a portfolio of 2+ sites. Responsible for consistent operating performance and achieving financial goals. Identifies, defines & solves complex problems that impact the management & direction of the business; Collaborate with SASS Area, Regions and Health Ministries to ensure consistency and integration of strategy and operations. Maintaining awareness of new industry developments and standards. Provides decision support, operations &/or optimization leadership focus.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <p>Our Trinity Health Culture: Knows, understands, incorporates & demonstrates our Trinity Health Mission, Values, Vision, Actions & Promise in behaviors, practices & decisions.</p> <p>Executive Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Providing advice, guidance, and leadership to RHM and Market Leaders in developing strategies and in the achievement of performance goals. </li><li>Enable Collaboration across and within SASS area, Regions, and Health Ministries to ensure consistency and integration of strategy and operations </li></ul> <p>Direction and Growth</p> <ul> <li>Providing advice, guidance, and leadership to site functional leaders and site & RHM leadership </li><li>Knowledge and Process Mastery standardization/systemness and optimization of standards, process, methodologies, etc. establishing a national community of practice </li><li>Vendor/Contract Labor Management centralizing strategy and optimizing spend </li></ul> <p>Strategic Support & Accountability</p> <ul> <li>Collaborates in system-wide strategy development and deployment of functional area priorities and initiatives </li><li>Responsible for supporting state and regional efforts to comply with functional area priorities </li><li>Accountable for the selection, evaluation, and overall success of the functional leadership teams within the region and market </li><li>Organization-wide focal point for establishing functional strategies and governance over financials and staffing </li><li>Communication liaison between operational leader and functional leaders </li></ul> <p>Operational Delivery</p> <ul> <li>Reporting and Metrics measuring value delivery </li><li>HRM responsibilities responsible for the colleague experience </li></ul> <p>Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, state & local laws/regulations, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program & Code of conduct, as well as other policies & procedures to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical & professional behavior.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Education / Accreditation / Licensure (required & preferred):</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in related field required, Master's preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered </li><li>Certification as CHFM preferred or equivalent: Professional Designation, Licensure, certification required i.e. (CHFM, CHC, PE). </li><li>Equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered </li></ul> <p>Experience (required and preferred):</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive leadership experience, with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in hospital maintenance/medical equipment operations management. Multiple site responsibility preferred. </li><li>Must have experience with financial and operational management </li><li>Strong experience in construction document reading (plans and specification); working knowledge of codes, regulations and standards including but not limited to; Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), The Joint Commission (TJC), Det Norske Veritas (DNV), other national, state, and municipal regulatory requirements, policy and procedure development, and implementation. </li><li>Five years in healthcare management, construction management, plant operations, or medical equipment management. </li><li>Progressive management experience (may have served in lead position or acted in absence of management.) </li></ul> <p>Additional Qualifications (nice to have)</p> <p>Vast experience with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Systems and their integration with the healthcare environment.</p> <p>Mission Statement:</p> <ul> <li>We, St Joseph's Health and Trinity Health, serve together in the spirit of the Gospel as a compassionate and transforming healing presence within our communities. </li></ul> <p>Vision:</p> <ul> <li>To be world-renowned for passionate patient care and outstanding clinical outcomes. </li></ul> <p>Core Values:</p> <ul> <li>In the spirit of good Stewardship, we heal by practicing Justice in fostering right relationships to promote common good, Reverence in honoring the dignity of every person, Excellence in expecting the best of ourselves and others; Integrity in being faithful to who we say we are. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $113,152 - $169,728</p> <p>Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
