Oversees financial reporting, research, and analyzes documents and proposals as needed to assist the organization in determining and meeting its long and short-term goals. In addition, you will: Oversee all phases of fiber deployment, including project planning, engineering, permitting, resource planning, and construction execution Direct large-scale OSP/ISP construction programs, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards Lead cross-functional teams responsible for design, permitting, make-ready, materials, logistics, and field operations Coordinate with the Market Vice Presidents to ensure strategies align with the corporate initiatives Implement the organization's vision and mission in the overall direction Provide recommendations regarding financial strategies Oversee the preparation of the annual budget and regular variance statements Provide vision regarding the overall financial health of the market Provide vision and leadership in long-range fiscal planning to ensure the continuity and solvency of the market Maintain awareness of competitive advantage and opportunities for expansion Direct and oversee site production activities and personnel Oversee and ensure high safety standards at all times Direct production activities to ensure safety and compliance with quality control standards, regulatory compliance, and lease agreements Oversee and/or ensure good housekeeping at the site at all times Additional responsibilities as needed Qualifications About You: 10+ years of executive leadership of wireline (Fiber/Broadband/OSP) construction operations Led or managed large-scale FTTH deployment projects You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work Are proficient in Microsoft Office suites Have excellent oral and written communication skills Have excellent time management, organizational planning, and problem-solving skills You follow instructions, respond to management direction, and keep commitments Strong leadership and project management skills Able to manage, establish, and communicate clear goals and objectives This is a remote opportunity with preference to those who reside within the Northeast region (preferably PA, NY, NJ, VA, MD). For those not in this region, travel expectations will be greater. Compensation of $175,000-$305,000 annually, plus bonus potential. Hard work pays off.
