Over time, success means owning your territory with confidence-and growing into a fully independent, high-performing sales professional at Techo-Bloc.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Your key responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Driving sales growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Building strong relationships with dealers and contractors to ensure Techo-Bloc is always top-of-mind.</p> </li><li> <p>Supporting product launches, seasonal promotions, and trade events.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintaining brand visibility through in-store merchandising, display upkeep, and marketing material distribution.</p> </li><li> <p>Logging sales activity and customer interactions in our CRM to track progress and opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Assisting with order follow-ups and coordinating with internal teams for customer support.</p> </li><li> <p>Gathering market insights and competitor intelligence to inform strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Home office based "road warrior" position.</p> </li><li> <p>Travel and accessibility throughout the Indiana and Kentucky</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Recent college or university graduate excited to build a long-term career in sales. </li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with people and build trust. </li><li>Comfortable learning new technologies, sales tools, and CRM systems (training provided). </li><li>Strong organization and planning habits-or a willingness to build them with coaching. </li><li>A valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout your assigned territory. </li><li>Positive, professional, self-motivated, and eager to learn from mentors, training, and hands-on experience. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Techo-Bloc is a successful, entrepreneurial, growth-oriented, and fast-paced company!
