<ul> <li>If you are a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen, please ensure you have completed the 2025-2026 FAFSA prior to submitting your application. If you need assistance or have questions, please contact the Financial Aid Office at finaid@nwhealth.edu. </li></ul> <p>Hours: Approximately 8-10 hours per week, a variety of shifts available during the day, night and weekends</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage routine operations of the Fitness Center </li><li>Provide feedback and assistance to patrons </li><li>Promote a positive and safe environment, includes addressing and reporting of inappropriate behavior/use of equipment </li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the Fitness Center and equipment per established guidelines and schedules </li><li>Report damaged or unsafe equipment to the Fitness Center supervisor or the Office of Student Affairs </li><li>Provide courteous service and availability to patrons requesting or needing assistance </li><li>Miscellaneous duties, including participation in all scheduled staff meetings, other duties as assigned by the Fitness Center Supervisor or the Dean of Students and Alumni Services </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>A current NWHSU student in good academic standing, required </li><li>Reliable and schedule flexibility, required </li><li>Knowledgeable of weight room and equipment helpful </li><li>Good organization skills </li><li>Effective interpersonal communication skills </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer</p> <p>Northwestern Health Sciences University is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive environment that values the diversity of its employees and does not discriminate against any employee or candidate.
