<p>Data Center Migration - Business Analyst</p> <p>The Project Manager - Data Center Migration is responsible for planning and executing assigned workstreams or migration waves within a larger DC migration program. The role focuses on day to day delivery, coordination, and execution of infrastructure and application migration activities.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage assigned DC migration projects or workstreams from initiation to closure. </li><li>Develop and maintain project plans in MS project, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports. </li><li>Proven hands on experience in using Microsoft Excel to compare datasets, perform data analysis, and generate accurate insights and reports. </li><li>Coordinate with application, infrastructure, network, and security teams to execute migration activities. </li><li>Track dependencies and ensure readiness for migration waves and cutovers. </li><li>Support application migration activities including discovery, planning, testing, and cutover. </li><li>Manage data center decommissioning tasks for assigned scopes. </li><li>Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation plans, and escalate when required. </li><li>Ensure adherence to change management and operational readiness processes. </li><li>Provide regular status updates to Program Manager and stakeholders. </li><li>Support governance forums, reviews, and migration readiness checkpoints. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills & Experience</p> <ul> <li>8-12 years of IT experience with 5+ years in Project Management. </li><li>Hands on experience in Data Center Migration or Infrastructure Projects. </li><li>Good understanding of: </li></ul> <p>o Server, storage, network, and virtualization technologies</p> <p>o Application migration lifecycle</p> <p>o IT service management processes</p> <ul> <li>Strong planning, coordination, and documentation skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors. </li><li>Experience working in global delivery models. </li><li>PMP / Prince2 / ITIL certification preferred. </li></ul> <p>Key Success Factors</p> <ul> <li>Strong execution and organizational skills </li><li>Attention to detail and proactive risk management </li><li>Ability to work under tight timelines and dependencies </li><li>Clear and consistent communication </li></ul> <p>Salary Range- $90,000-$100,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-SP3</p> <p>#LI-VX1</p>
