<p>Job Description</p> <p>We Provide Solutions. Patients and Physicians rely on our diagnostic testing, information, and services to help them make better healthcare decisions. These are often serious decisions with far reaching consequences, and require sensitivity, tact, and a clear dedication to service. It's about providing clarity and hope.</p> <p>The Senior Marketing. Manager - Specialty Genetics will serve as the Marketing lead for the Specialty Genetics team. This individual will develop marketing insights and strategic marketing plans to fulfill business priorities; drive execution through collaboration with customer and B2B marketing teams; and liaise with Commercial sales leaders, product leaders, and genetics/medical teams.</p> <p>This is a hybrid role based in Secaucus, NJ (three days on-site).</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop effective and efficient marketing strategies and related tactics based on deep understanding of the genetics segment </li><li>Build relationships and partner with internal (business partners, peers, and enablement teams) and external stakeholders (key industry players, agencies and vendors) to effectively execute tactics </li><li>Execute on integrated marketing plans and programs across targeted accounts and customer channels (including account-based marketing, social media, digital marketing, etc.) </li><li>Maximize unique customer, product, and segment opportunities </li><li>Drive deep customer engagement and increased awareness of specialty genetics products and services </li><li>Develop value propositions and sales collateral at a customer-segment level, integrating benefits of Clinical Franchise (CF) solutions into unique value story </li><li>Develop strategy, prioritization, and budget allocation at a customer channel and segment level </li><li>Identify opportunities and create marketing programs based on market and customer needs </li><li>Measure and report on the ROI and impact of local promotional strategies and tactics </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Required WorkExperience:</p> <p>Minimum 5 years success in a marketing role; 3+ years in healthcare industry strongly preferred</p> <p>Preferred Work Experience:</p> <p>3+ years in genetics role</p> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross functional teams and in a matrix environment </li><li>Excellent project management skills, including management of agencies and vendors to ensure execution </li><li>Superior communication skills including ability to develop superior slide presentations and deliver formal business presentations </li><li>Initiative - ability to independently problem solve and find resolutions </li><li>Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to synthesize market/customer insights into prioritized marketing opportunities; Strong capabilities in analyzing data to demonstrate quantifiable opportunities or results </li><li>Core marketing capabilities to design marketing strategies and tactics to maximize opportunities </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree Required.</p> <p>Master's Degree Preferred</p> <p>42683</p> <p>Quest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.</p> <p>While we appreciate and value our staffing partners, we do not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies.
