<p>Job Description</p> <p>We are looking for an I&C Supervisor to work at our client's site in Bridgman, MI. This is a full-time, short-term contract assignment. In this position you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day administration, implementation and enforcement of the work. You are an individual that can work independently and as a team.</p> <p>Roles / Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Directing technicians and all work activities </li><li>Ensuring that all work performed by technicians is completed safely, thoroughly and without error in accordance with the work packages, drawings, specifications, procedures and standards. </li><li>Ensuring that work packages are reviewed and walked down prior to beginning work. And that the work packages are sufficiently completed and closed out </li><li>Ensuring that all personnel are properly trained and qualified to perform the work assigned </li><li>Acting as the primary point of contact between management and other work groups related to the work that is being performed </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5 to 10 years' experience in supervision and/or oversight of maintenance personnel or activities </li><li>Pervious I&C experience </li><li>Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational marijuana as well as CBD oil), and employment testing </li></ul> <p>EOE of Minorities / Females / Vets / Disability</p> <p>CODE: NW</p> <p>CODE: RT</p> <p>Employment opportunities may require access to information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
