There is loan forgiveness opportunity for Licensed Clinical Social Workers</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>Provide therapy services to adults and children/adolescents in an integrated setting within our Primary Care Centers, involving referrals and collaboration with primary care practitioners.</p> <p>Provides training and supervision to interns and other mental health staff as delegated.</p> <p>EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:</p> <p>Master's Degree from an accredited graduate school of social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling.</p> <ul> <li>Licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) OR Licensed Master Social Worker ( LMSW) OR Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) OR Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) through the State of New York </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT AND HAZARDS:</p> <p>Clinical setting, exposure Class I, routine or potential exposure to blood, body fluids, excretions or secretions.</p> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p> <p>Medium work: standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling.</p> <p>WORK CONTACT GROUP:</p> <p>All services, employees, medical staff, patients, visitors, vendors, various regulatory and professional agencies.</p> <p>SUPERVISED BY:</p> <p>Manager and Coordinator</p> <p>Pay Range: $30.00 - $43.50</p> <p>Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
