<p>RoofCrafters Roofing is seeking a reliable & experienced</p> <p>PROJECT MANAGER</p> <p>to join our team.</p> <p>The role of the Project Manager is overall management of the service & repair department. Duties include but are not limited to managing & training repair technicians & crews; managing the process of roof callback inspections; scheduling & completing customer repairs in a timely manner. The service crews will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, callbacks & repair work.</p> <p>RoofCrafters Roofing, LLC is a leading roofing company dedicated to providing high-quality services & materials to our clients. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence & our customer-focused approach.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Addressing customer complaints & needs in a timely manner with urgency </li><li>Call backs, repairs & maintenance scheduled daily as they arise </li><li>Utilize & maintain job tracking system and sheets provided by Director of Production </li><li>Maintain impeccable, detailed job notes in Acculynx </li><li>Customer Communication is priority; quickly return calls, notify customer of changes or as new information arises, maintain a high level of professionalism at all times </li><li>Scheduling & dispatch of field personnel daily with logistical efficiency </li><li>Crew communication and scheduling </li><li>Daily supervision of field employees by job site visits </li><li>Review of job tickets to confirm quality, safety and customer service </li><li>Vehicle & equipment maintenance </li><li>Review service technician productivity, quality & overall performance </li><li>Regular training sessions to increase knowledge and efficiency </li><li>Regular training & discussion of safety related topics, inspections, and documentation </li><li>Invoicing & material purchasing; Job Cost management </li><li>Creation of management reports such as profitability reports </li><li>Motivate & inspire employees </li><li>Strategic thinking, complex problem solving, solution oriented. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years experience in the roofing/construction industry </li><li>Strong field functional knowledge </li><li>Service office supervising experience </li><li>Experience with scheduling </li><li>Ability to budget, measure, and organize </li><li>Logistics experience a plus </li><li>Good driving record- Driving record must be obtained from DMV by employee </li><li>Organized and detail oriented </li><li>Strong work ethic with regular & reliable attendance & positive attitude </li><li>Excellent customer service skills </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office & general emailing </li><li>Ability to self-manage & work independently with minimal supervision </li><li>Aligned with our R.O.O.F.S Values and Mission Statement </li><li>Must be able to lift 75 lbs. & be able to stand, sit, bend, twist, and move efficiently with reasonable accommodations if required </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Company Uniforms </li><li>Health, Vision/Dental, and Supplemental Accident and Illness Insurance Available after 90 days.
