<p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Phenom People is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Associate Product Manager. As a leader in the HR technology industry, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the way companies attract, engage, and retain top talent.</p> <p>We're looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of our platform from contract to launch. You'll serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing implementation while consulting on solution design and ensuring alignment with business needs. This role bridges sales, product, and customer success.</p> <p>Please note: We do not offer sponsorship for this position.
