<p>The Mary T Family of Companies is currently hiring for a full-time Site Supervisor to serve as a Lead in our group home location in Annapolis, Maryland.</p> <p>The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the overall operations of the home department, including but not limited to daily staffing,</p> <p>performance management, client programming, training, budgeting, scheduling, and assisting with direct cares as needed.</p> <p>Responsibilities Include :</p> <ul> <li>Provide support, supervision and oversight to direct support staff </li><li>Ensure proper training and onboarding of program staff </li><li>Attend, and assist if needed, monthly staff meetings </li><li>Write and complete evaluations for direct support staff </li><li>Provide direct care as required per program needs </li><li>Oversight of execution of person-centered plans and outcomes </li><li>Review and completion of person served paperwork in compliance with licensing standards of </li></ul> <p>program</p> <ul> <li>Coordination and attending medical and dental appointments for person's served </li><li>Develop and connect with community resources to ensure successful community integration </li><li>Management of programs petty cash, person's served petty cash and financial reports </li><li>Ensure the home has adequate provisions for household supplies, groceries, etc. </li><li>Prepare and complete regular compliance reports for program </li><li>Complete bi - weekly scheduling and fill open positions as needed </li><li>Direct oversight and responsibility for the physical condition of program </li><li>Other duties as assigned based on program needs </li></ul> <p>Schedule: This is a full-time position, hours will be Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (12 hour shifts).
