This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is passionate about supporting both patients and care teams.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a clinical resource for triage nurses, providing guidance on patient care, medical decision-making, and complex casesLead and facilitate high-risk patient meetingsCollaborate closely with the birth center to ensure continuity and quality of careOversee a team of 6-8 Medical Assistants, including scheduling and daily workflow managementSupport the medical operations of the practice, ensuring efficient and high-quality care deliveryWhat We're Looking For:A team-oriented professional with an enthusiastic and positive approachStrong clinical judgment and leadership skillsAbility to work flexibly across multiple locationsCommitment to collaboration, communication, and patient-centered care Pay Range: $88,400.00 USD - $118,975.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
