<p>Description</p> <p>As a receptionist, you will be responsible for demonstrating a professional, customer service-oriented attitude and exhibit a friendly, poised demeanor as the first line of contact with customers. The ideal candidate will have receptionist and cashier experience.</p> <p>WE OFFER A FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE FOR ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES INCLUDING:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance </li><li>Voluntary Wellness Solutions </li><li>Life (Voluntary and Employer Paid) and Disability Insurance </li><li>401(K) with company match beginning with your first contribution. </li><li>HSA and/or FSA, as applicable. </li><li>PTO to include paid sick time as applicable by state and federal law and Company Paid Holidays </li><li>Employee Car Discount Program. </li></ul> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Answer several busy, high-volume incoming calls. </li><li>Greet internal and external customers. </li><li>Review and stamp outgoing mail. </li><li>Stuff and mail monthly invoices. </li><li>Order supplies for postage machine. </li><li>Process Fedex overnight packages. </li><li>Collect payments (cash and/or credit). </li><li>Filing. </li><li>Other duties as assigned by the manager. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Requires frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time in an office setting. </li><li>Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. </li><li>Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a professional manner. </li><li>Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs. </li><li>Normal range of hearing and vision. </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent. </li><li>Must have a valid Driver's License with a good motor vehicle record. </li><li>Superior interpersonal communication skills. </li><li>Dealership experience is a plus, but not required. </li><li>Ability to multitask. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills with all customers. </li><li>Demonstrate professionalism with customers over the phone and in person. </li><li>Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check, physical and drug screening. </li></ul> <p>JOB DETAILS:</p> <ul> <li>Type: Hourly </li><li>Compensation Range: $18.00 - $22.00 </li><li>Reports To: Executive Administrator </li><li>Shift: 1st </li><li>Closing Date: Until Filled </li></ul>
