<p>It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!</p> <p>We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.</p> <p>At Rock Dental Brands or customer-oriented service representative will act as a liaison between our practices and our patients to efficiently and accurately schedule patient appointments and resolve any emerging problems that our patients might face.</p> <p>The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will serve Rock Dental Brands clinics by scheduling as many patients as possible and providing required information while maintaining a positive patient experience.</p> <p>Job Duties</p> <ul> <li> <p>Answers incoming calls relating to, new patient consultations, assisting in triaging emergency calls, accepting payments and representing our clinics and providers in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain exceptional call quality and quantity standards</p> </li><li> <p>Schedule patient appointments</p> </li><li> <p>Determines what inquiries are to be forwarded and/or transferred for more detailed research and assistance.</p> </li><li> <p>Works routine claims in non-technical mailboxes as assigned.</p> </li><li> <p>Outbound calling to assist clinics with scheduling</p> </li><li> <p>Attend and contribute to team huddles and team meetings</p> </li><li> <p>Any other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Professional, outgoing, friendly demeanor</p> </li><li> <p>High school diploma or the equivalent</p> </li><li> <p>Basic computer skills with ability to multitask</p> </li><li> <p>Must be Bilingual Spanish</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualities We Look For</p> <ul> <li> <p>Someone with exceptional customer service skills,</p> </li><li> <p>Computer literacy with excellent communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>You can work independently and be able to anticipate the needs of the team.</p> </li><li> <p>Overall someone who is respectful to fellow team members, patients, and the Doctor and is genuinely nice and kind.
