In certain jurisdictions, CBIZ CPAs operates under its previous name, Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C.</p> <p>Essential Functions and Primary Duties</p> <ul> <li>Execute Accounting Services assignments in the areas of payroll tax returns, sales tax returns, and intermediate corporate, partnership and individual tax returns. </li><li>Effectively plan and execute reviewed and compiled financial statements with Partner/Manager assistance. </li><li>Perform intermediate accounting and bookkeeping services </li><li>Keep current on recent technical pronouncements in both accounting and tax </li><li>Participates in professional development opportunities </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>CPA Candidate preferred </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications Required</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Accounting, Taxation or related field preferred </li><li>2 years of experience in public accounting or related field </li><li>CPA candidates preferred </li><li>Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally </li><li>Proficient use of applicable technology </li><li>Must be able to travel based on client and business needs </li></ul> <p>#LI-RP1 #LI-Hybrid</p>
