We are committed to professional growth, training, and creating a positive work environment for all team members.</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced, professional Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at Runaway Bay Apartments, a conventional/market-rate community in Salisbury, MD. The Assistant Property Manager will assist the Property Manager and must be capable of stepping into the Property Manager role in their absence. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong written and oral communication, and attention to detail.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations of the property. </li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for residents regarding leasing, maintenance, and community policies. </li><li>Support leasing activities including applications, screenings, move-ins, and move-outs. </li><li>Coordinate maintenance and vendor services to ensure timely resolution of requests. </li><li>Maintain accurate resident and property records. </li><li>Occasionally work weekends as needed for events or urgent matters. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years of prior property management experience as an Assistant Community Manager or similar role; leasing experience may be considered. </li><li>Strong knowledge of property management software (Yardi experience strongly preferred). </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). </li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines consistently. </li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal). </li><li>Strong attention to detail for both property operations and compliance requirements. </li></ul> <p>EOE.</p>
