<p>Holliston's Fred Miller Elementary School is seeking a Student Services Administrator to join us in the 2025-26 school year. This professional will work as part of a strong Student Services team to provide proactive and responsive support and services to all students and families.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree or higher, state certification as Administrator/Director (preferably special education) </li><li>Massachusetts Educator License </li><li>Minimum 3 years professional experience in special education </li><li>Cultural responsiveness and a growth mindset with students, families, and staff are a must. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as effective problem solving skills </li><li>Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks, as well as the ability to be flexible and organized in a fast paced environment </li><li>Knowledgeable and proficient with Federal/State laws and regulations and the IEP Team meeting process. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and evaluate educators and paraprofessionals </li><li>Oversee Special Education and Guidance Departments </li><li>Provide School Leadership as part of the administrative team at the elementary school </li><li>Collaborate with Student Services Team and administration to continuously reimagine, and improve services and interventions informed by ongoing needs assessment, data review, and innovation in the field </li><li>Provide Leadership to the Student Assistance Team, identifying underdeveloped skills, antecedents, and related interventions </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in applying for this amazing opportunity, please submit a cover letter, resume, and three (3) letters of reference.</p> <p>Public School employees of Massachusetts are required to submit their fingerprints to a National Criminal Database check.
