<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Stamford, CT.</p> <p>Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support a new, high-visibility initiative. This role requires strong project management fundamentals, experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a mix of collaboration tools, analyzing backend processes, and driving initiatives that ultimately enhance the customer experience.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Project Manager will lead and manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met </li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams including technical, engineering, and business stakeholders to align project goals and outcomes </li><li>Develop and maintain project plans in Smartsheets and manage portfolio updates in SharePoint </li><li>Support backend process analysis to validate routing logic, accuracy of data, and alignment with business objectives </li><li>Prepare clear presentations in PowerPoint for leadership updates and stakeholder communication </li><li>Conduct data analysis in Excel (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables) to monitor project performance and validate outcomes </li><li>As a Project Manager, you will document requirements, progress, and workflows using JIRA or similar tools </li><li>Adapt to both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods depending on project needs </li><li>Contribute to feature development and business value alignment as the project evolves and expands* 3-5 years of proven Project Management experience with strong knowledge of PM fundamentals </li><li>Experience with Smartsheets and/or JIRA for project planning and documentation </li><li>Familiarity with SDLC, application development, or technical project delivery </li><li>Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables preferred) </li><li>Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management </li><li>Ability to effectively communicate across technical and business teams </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience within the telecommunications industry </li><li>Background in customer experience initiatives </li></ul>
