If so, IU Health invites you to bring your expertise to our dynamic team!</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>IU Health is hiring a Consultant, Team Member Development Partner for their Learning and Development team in downtown Indianapolis, offering a hybrid work schedule. The role involves designing and implementing development programs to support employee growth, creating scalable and tailored learning experiences, and developing career pathways aligned with organizational goals.</p> <p>Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:</p> <ul> <li>Passion for partnering with team members to develop career development journeys. </li><li>Experience designing and delivering skill-based learning experiences at scale. </li><li>Strong understanding of adult learning principles with experience in creating innovative and modern learning experiences. </li><li>Familiarity with learning technologies and platforms (e.g., LMS, LinkedIn Learning). </li><li>Excellent communication and facilitation skills. </li><li>A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Design and implement skill-based learning paths for team members across roles and departments to support career development. </li><li>Design blended learning experiences that combine digital, live, and experiential formats. </li><li>Partner with stakeholders to assess learning needs and align development strategies with organizational goals. </li><li>Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend improvements. </li><li>Support the evolution of Team Member Development strategy through innovation and data-informed decision-making. </li><li>Ensure learning experiences are inclusive, scalable, and aligned with IU Health's mission and values. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree is required. </li><li>Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience. </li><li>Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management, education, or related fields. </li><li>Experience in healthcare education or workforce development is highly desirable. </li><li>Requires supervision and project management experience. </li></ul> <p>Why IU Health?</p> <p>We invest in your growth through ongoing training, leadership development, and cross-functional opportunities.
