<p>The Enterprise Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and implementing information systems that will adequately support the enterprise infrastructure of the organization. Analyzes system requirements and defines system architecture that will meet business needs.</p> <p>DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>Design and implement information systems that adequately support the enterprise infrastructure of the company. </li><li>Analyze system requirements and define system architecture that meet business needs. </li><li>Lead the development of reference architectures and technical standards and guidelines based on industry standards. </li><li>Develop solution prototypes to demonstrate suitability and interoperability in collaboration with the company's information technology business partners and business leaders. </li><li>Develop solution prototypes to demonstrate suitability and interoperability of chosen components, and to establish patterns for adoption by development team members. </li><li>Ensure that the company's systems and applications are well-structured to ensure the applications can scale as the business demands meet the intended business demands. </li><li>Establish engineering standards and the creation and capturing of implementation pattern across the enterprise. </li><li>Determine and implement development standards and architecture best practices, insuring high-quality documentation. </li><li>Design, evaluate, test, and prototype the cloud-native applications. </li><li>Work with a full range of AWS infrastructure components (including VPCs, Route 53, API Gateway, application load balancers, Security Groups). </li><li>Define and effectively leverage CI/CD pipelines, version control, and configuration management. </li><li>Lead the development of operational models, including business continuity and disaster recovery and continuous information security optimization. </li><li>Develop data modeling and design, data processing patterns; establish data management, harmonization, and mastering capabilities. </li><li>Facilitate product selection as part of Architecture Standards definition. </li><li>Provide thought leadership and act as the trusted technical adviser to the business and technology leadership team. </li><li>Apply Architecture patterns that cover application, data, events, and design concepts enabling transaction flow for scenarios such as application to application, business to business(B2B), direct to consumer(B2C), digital integration, and devices. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related. </li><li>Five (5) years in any occupation with software design and development experience. </li><li>Five (5) years in any occupation with software design and development experience must include: DevOps methodology and Life cycle; DevOps tools such as GitHub or BitBucket; Scripting/programming languages including JQuery and Microsoft NET framework; Application development and web-based applications; Relational databases; Technical documentation, N-tier architecture, and Cloud architecture; Software development lifecycle and relevant milestones; Insurance/mortgage industry; Application monitoring and logging using AppDynamics and Splunk; Infrastructure setup; MicroServices; Web Application Firewalls; CI/CD pipelines, version control, and configuration management; Application load balancers; API Integrations with various partners; SOAP and REST Web Services; Waterfall and Agile Methodologies; Building highly scalable/available distributed systems; Database technologies such as SQL Server; and Test-driven development (TDD). </li></ul> <p>WORK LOCATION:</p> <ul> <li>Onsite in Tampa, FL office (4211 W Boy Scout Blvd, Suite 800, Tampa, FL 33607 </li></ul> <p>WORK HOURS:</p> <ul> <li>Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm </li></ul> <p>TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:</p> <ul> <li>25% travel to Charlotte, NC. </li></ul> <p>Click here for some insight into our culture!</p> <p>The Baldwin Group will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate who applies on our career site.
