You'll work in a collaborative, agile environment alongside motivated teammates and business partners, delivering innovative solutions that drive real business value.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with technical and business leaders to align architectural roadmaps with strategic goals. </li><li>Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives). </li><li>Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business and technology objectives. </li><li>Lead initiatives that enhance customer experience and business value. </li><li>Develop cost-benefit analyses and contribute to solution design and requirements gathering. </li><li>Drive change management and process improvements across complex business/technical landscapes. </li><li>Build strong relationships with clients and vendors through proactive engagement and business insight. </li></ul> <p>This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in an office (Hartford, CT, Columbus, OH, Chicago, IL, or Charlotte, NC) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5+ years experience as a technical business analyst or scrum master </li><li>Proven ability to lead Agile teams and promote best practices (Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, metrics). </li><li>Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. </li><li>Strategic thinker with a holistic view of business and technology alignment. </li><li>Experience with AI use cases in business process flows is a plus. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5-7 years of diverse IT experience. </li><li>Deep understanding of business functions, systems, and technology alternatives. </li></ul> <p>Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. The company will not support the STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsement for this position.</p> <p>Compensation</p> <p>The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
