<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>To inspect all areas of the hotel including guest rooms and common areas to ensure that they are being cleaned according to standards.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for making beds using hospital corners with the end product wrinkle free. </li><li>Cleans bathrooms with proper cleaners, leaving chrome and tile spotless. </li><li>Dusts rooms including wall hangings, all furniture, glass, molding, lamps, etc. </li><li>Ensures all guest supplies are restocked in guest rooms. </li><li>Vacuums rooms and hallways. </li></ul> <p>Hotel Specific Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to stand for 8 hours length of time. </li><li>Ability to lift, grasp or cany 25 lbs. </li><li>Ability to bend with a full range of motion. </li><li>Walking 8 hours. </li><li>Repeated bending 4 hours. </li><li>Ability to walk on uneven or slippery conditions. </li><li>Ability to understand English if receiving instructions in English. </li><li>Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and/or flexible hours. </li><li>Willingness to comply with hotels policy and procedures regarding attendance and attire. </li><li>Ability to use all equipment as stated below under "Technology & Equipment". </li></ul> <p>Technology and Equipment:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to operate a computer, specifically Excel and Word. </li><li>Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as, but not limited to, a vacuum. </li><li>Ability to properly and safely use chemicals. </li></ul> <p>Other details</p> <ul> <li>Job Family Hotel </li><li>Job Function 9A Service Workers </li><li>Pay Type Hourly </li></ul> <p>Apply Now</p> <ul> <li>Danbury, CT, USA </li></ul>
