<p>Starting pay is $22.00 per with an additional differential pay of $1.50 per hour for the overnight period.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>Responsible for keeping grounds maintained with a clean, neat and orderly appearance. Four ten hour day schedule, base hours 10 pm to 8 am.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for cutting, weeding and edging the grass, raking the leaves and sweeping the parking lots and garages. </li><li>Responsible for planting, removing and relocating plants, flowers, trees and bushes. </li><li>Removing all trash and debris from parking areas and grounds. Emptying trash containers. </li><li>Responsible for ensuring all signs, posts, chain fences are straight and secure. </li><li>Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members. </li><li>Maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude. </li><li>Complete knowledge of all facilities and entertainment available to guests. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma or GED equivalent. </li><li>Experience in building and grounds maintenance preferred. </li><li>On the job training. </li><li>Valid driver's license. </li><li>Must obtain a Gaming License through Colorado </li></ul> <p>MENTAL & PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <ul> <li>Ability to read, write and understand simple instructions. </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook </li><li>Knowledge of CMMS is preferred, but willing to train. </li><li>Ability to use all necessary tools and equipment to perform maintenance functions. </li><li>Answer all calls promptly and maintain politeness; attention to the needs of team members and guests at all times. </li><li>Knowledge of OSHA required standards and safety equipment. </li><li>Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment. </li><li>All facilities on property. </li><li>Some confined areas. </li><li>Expose to hot and cold temperatures. </li><li>Varied weather conditions, fumes and chemicals used in maintenance. </li><li>Casino environment </li></ul>
