The primary responsibility will be to support regional case activity as it relates to system utilization.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Work with Robotic Integration Specialists and Robotic Business Director to support regional account management that assists in driving customer satisfaction at current accounts. </li><li>Provide field clinical case support to current Neocis customers through training and education. </li><li>Assist Robotic Integration Team in the training and education of new and existing accounts. </li><li>Work with the Robotic Integration Specialists to identify and support opportunities to drive existing customer satisfaction. </li><li>Assist in customer satisfaction by focusing on case coverage. </li><li>Support universities, VA facilities, and hospitals in account management activities. </li><li>Escalate membership upgrade opportunities to the RIS or Senior RIS. </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and technical problem-solving abilities </li><li>Ability to work in fast paced environment </li><li>Experience with Google Docs </li><li>Travel up to 75% </li><li>Open to relocation </li><li>Clean driving record required </li><li>Sales experience preferred </li><li>Startup experience preferred </li><li>Dental and/or private practice experience preferred </li></ul> <p>What else?</p> <p>This is a full-time position. This position occasionally requires long hours and weekend work. This is not a supervisory position.</p> <ul> <li>The position will require up to 75% travel. Frequently travel is outside the local area and overnight. </li><li>This job operates in a clinical environment in the dental practice. </li><li>This position requires the regular use of computer planning software & external hard drives </li><li>Regular use of the Yomi robot - train the trainer </li><li>Prolonged standing in the dental operatory </li><li>Ability to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds </li><li>Extensive driving depending on territory </li><li>Exposure to moderate/loud noise </li></ul> <p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable candidates with disabilities to perform this role.</p> <p>Compensation: Base $75,000; Bonus Target 10% + Equity Package</p>
