In this role you will lead a team of hourly associates and work Monday through Friday, although some weekends may be required. The Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, formerly known as the Lahey Clinic, is a physician-led nonprofit teaching hospital of UMass Chan Medical School.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>have oversight of day-to-day operations for all food retail areas </li><li>deliver high quality food service while engaging with customers </li><li>be a hands-on leader and a team player </li><li>provide excellent customer service - leading a team while maintaining a clean, safe environment; </li><li>lead frontline teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes </li><li>train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs and operation standards </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
