<p>Job Title: Advanced Casemaker Operators</p> <p>Location: Clarksville, TN</p> <p>Shift: 3rd Shifts</p> <p>Start a new Career with Jostens! Our Advanced Casemaker Operator is a highly skilled technical position responsible for operating a variety of Casemaking machinery both manual and/or computerized to produce a collection of cover types.</p> <p>This operator is responsible for running the casemaker machine as well as running any other machines and/or equipment in the department as required by the supervisor. This requires following standards for productivity and quality and meeting departmental goals. Attention to detail is important as the casemaker operator must understand equipment needs and perform minor maintenance as needed. Operator might be required to move around the department and work/train on different equipment or on an as needed basis.</p> <ul> <li>This is a full time position with great benefits! Apply Now!* </li></ul> <p>JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>High school degree or GED required. </li><li>Must have in-depth knowledge or the ability to learn the operational and mechanical flow of the Horauf and Kolbus Casemaker machines. </li><li>Must have a strong aptitude for mechanical assembly operations with experience in operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of production equipment. </li><li>Ability to read measuring devices and perform calculations precisely and accurately. </li><li>Knowledge of glue, temperature and humidity, and how it affects the composition of material a plus. </li><li>Ability to give, read, follow directions and work independently. </li><li>Must successfully complete basic machine training within the department. </li><li>Must be a team player. </li><li>Basic computer skills required. </li><li>Must have high attention to quality and detail. </li><li>Works well under the pressure of deadlines. </li><li>Willing to work flexible hours and overtime with short notice. </li><li>Must be able to work shift assigned (8 hrs or 12 hrs Crewing) and be flexible on hours of work. </li><li>Must have the flexibility to learn and use new technology. </li><li>Must be able to properly lift 10 to 50 lbs. to shoulder height. </li><li>Excellent attendance record. </li></ul> <p>LOVE WHERE YOU WORK:</p> <ul> <li>We care about your health.
